CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Owners and their guests are provided the check-in and check-out days and times listed below based on the Association in which the unit is located.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

Rental Guest: check-in time is 6:00 p.m. in all associations check out time is determined on the unit location check out times state above.

Please check-out and leave all unit keys with the Front Desk. Checkout instructions are located on the back of each condo entry door. Late Checkout fee is $75.00 or a full night rental cost if the check out is over 2hrs delayed.

FRONT DESK HOURS OF OPERATIONS

Thursday & Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Summer hrs.)

Saturday through Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you have a Housekeeping or Maintenance need please call ext. “0”. Paper towels, tissue, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap and fire starters are available at the Front Desk.

PET POLICY

Wapato Point is a non-pet facility, with the exception of our resident working dog, Lily.

Meet Lily:

Lily is a professionally trained two-year-old White Labrador Retriever. She assists in goose patrol, helping to minimize the presence of geese and their droppings on the property. If you encounter Lily on duty, we kindly ask that you observe from a distance and refrain from approaching her, as she is focused on her assigned tasks for the benefit of our owners and guests.

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping is ext. 314 and 342. Extra cleans, Mid week cleans or linens/towels.

  • Start dishwasher
  • Empty trash
  • Put All linens on floor in bathroom.
  • For late check out requests:  call Housekeeping for approval and cost.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at ext. 315 or ext. 350 If you are unable to reach Maintenance during operating hours, please contact the Front Desk at ext. “0”. If the Front Desk is closed please call ext. 333 for after hours emergencies only.

NO SMOKING

All units are NON-SMOKING. If unit has been smoked in, there will be a $300.00 Fine. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within 25ft of any building on property, including decks and all outdoor community areas. A $300 charge may be assessed for smoking inside the unit.

Maintenance Safety Concern?

If you see a maintenance or safety issue inside or outside your unit, please let us know.  We will will pass it on to the correct staff.  This is not for emergencies.  If you have an immediate concern please call the from desk.

POOLS & EXERCISE ROOM

Outdoor Pools: Open mid May

Indoor Pool: Regular hours 5:30 am-10:00 pm. There is NO LIFEGUARD service, adult lap swim from 5:30 am-10 am, family use 10 am-7 pm.

Exercise Room: Open, 5:30 am – 10:00 pm

WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE

FREE Wi-Fi service is available in all condominium units and at the Clubhouse lobby. To access this service simply select Wapato Point-Guest when choosing your network, password is located on Activity Schedule. WIFI SERVICES ARE NOT guaranteed nor are TV Channels listed

BEACHES, BUOYS, DOCKS AND PARKING

There is NO lifeguard service at the beaches. Please ensure that children are supervised while at the beach and play areas. Beach areas are for everyone’s enjoyment.

Personal items such as lawn chairs and shade tents may not be left on the beach unattended at anytime or overnight. Please do not leave these items in an attempt to reserve or save space.

Buoys and Docks are first come, first serve and may be utilized at your own risk for the duration of your visit only. Please do not reserve or save spots. All boats, jet skis and trailers must display a parking permit. It is prohibited by Chelan County Ordinance to water-ski/wakeboard from any beach area on Lake Chelan. 

No tying up of floaties and islands along the swim area ropes

“NO WAKE” zones are from the beach to 500’ off shore and are strictly enforced.

SHORELINE GRILL AND WATERCRAFT RENTALS

The Shoreline Grill is located near the swim beach on the Chelan side of the Point. It is open seasonally from and serves a variety of foods and beverages. No call in orders.

Watercraft rentals are offered seasonally. The Shoreline office is located on site with watercraft available from Memorial Day weekend through mid September. Call ext. 331 for information and reservations.

We have EV plug in stations located in the overflow front parking lot by the tennis courts. These are paid charging stations.

LOST AND FOUND

Wapato Point is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Any personal items left in units will be considered found items. If you have lost something contact ext. 318.

Found items are stored for 14 days. After 14 days they are disposed of or donated.

Shipping for Lost items is available at the owners

expense; depending on the size of the item.

QUIET HOURS

Wapato Point is noted for its restful, tranquil atmosphere. Please honor the quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily and at all times keep radios and T.V.s at a low volume.

WHEELED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

Licensed, powered vehicles (Personal vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds) are allowed on roadways only. Golf carts are allowed on roadways and paths only. Not on grass! All other non- licensed, powered vehicles are not allowed on Community property.

Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and roller skates are not allowed in the Clubhouse parking area, in or around the Clubhouse or the tennis court and basketball court areas. Wapato Point assumes no responsibility or liability for any activity concerning the above.

Golf carts must be operated in a safe manner and only by licensed drivers. They must remain on roadways and paths at all times and must be parked in designated golf cart parking areas when on Community property.

RESORT UPDATES/CONSTRUCTION/CLOSURES

Indoor Pool Closed for Maintenance

The indoor pool, exercise/work out room will be closed from June 3rd reopening on June 17th for repairs. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
