• You may check-in at the registration office next to the indoor pool. Check-in time begins at 6 p.m.

• Please check-out at the front desk. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. After 10:00 a.m. renters will receive a late checkout fee of $125.00. A full night rental fee will be applied after 12:00 p.m.

• Yes, each unit has one assigned stall, visitors spaces are also available along with overflow parking in the Community and Day Use areas.

• No, units are cleaned prior to arrival. Extra cleans, mid-week cleans, or linens/towels exchange are available for an additional fee. Keep in mind extra cleaning fees may be charged if it is necessary to clean beyond the normal amount.

• Yes, we supply bath towels and pool towels. We do not supply beach towels.

• We supply paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwashing soap. Beach association supplies laundry soap only.  Salt and pepper are also supplied.

• Yes, if there is not one in the unit a laundry facility is available in the building.

• Yes, we have a fully staffed recreation Kiosk with paddleboards, bikes, arts and crafts. You may check out equipment daily. Shoreline Boat rentals is also on site for boat and jet ski rentals. 

• Sorry, pets are NOT ALLOWED – Boarding options are available nearby. If any animal is reported in a unit there will be a $250.00 fine charged to the reservation.

• If you are planning to bring your boat or jet skis, all boats are launched from the public launch, about a mile and a half away. We have both buoys and dock moorage available for our guests on both sides of the Point, and trailers may be safely stored on-site at Wapato Point. Moorage is on a first come first served basis.

• We have EV plug in stations located in the overflow front parking lot by the tennis courts.   These are paid charging stations.

• If  you are planning on arriving after hours, please contact the front desk to set up a lock box to ensure you access your unit. Failure to notify during business hours, a $75 after hours fee will be assessed for calling staff members to assist.

• Required to pay half of the deposit upon booking.
• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
• If a guest cancels less than 14 days prior to the check-in, a $100 Non-refundable cancelation fee will be charged.
• Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
• Less than 14 days to the check-in date you will be forfeiting your deposit.

Accommodations at Wapato Point are owned by individual owners, reservations cannot be switched to alternate rooms without going through the cancellation process.
