Wapato Point Management Company is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position located at beautiful Wapato Point Resort in Manson, Washington.
The Administrative Assistant will work in two distinct areas: 1) in support of pre-development and development planning stages for a new construction project (25%); and 2) in support of Administrative Services as Division 2 Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Coordinator (75%).
Primary responsibilities include a variety of administrative and clerical work. Organize and maintain file systems, answer phones, coordinate meetings and take and transcribe minutes (25%). The ACC Coordinator will conduct regular reviews of Division 2 properties for compliance with CCR’s, maintain records, complaints, documentation, and reporting. Additional duties may include training and assistance as front desk support, train with and assist RCI Coordinator, support special projects as needed and other duties as requested.
High school diploma or GED plus 2-3 years of responsible office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Above average skills in Excel and Word are required, in addition to an outgoing, mature, personality.

Wapato Point Management Co., in Manson, Washington, is currently seeking a full-time, year round Maintenance Technician at Wapato Point Resort. The Maintenance Technician supports all maintenance and repair efforts, as assigned, throughout lodging units, pools & recreation areas, administrative buildings, parking areas and grounds. Work is in a variety of skill areas, which may include electrical, carpentry, building, plumbing, pool maintenance, simple repairs, painting, moving items, etc. Candidates must demonstrate some skill level in all areas or a basic understanding of work functions and the desire and ability to learn. The ability to support and work closely with other departments and communicate in a positive and respectful manner with co-workers and guests, is essential to this position. The Maintenance Technician is a represented position and will require union membership after a probationary period. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits. Join our Housekeeping Department at beautiful Wapato Point Resort! Housekeepers work in teams to provide clean, beautiful lodging accommodations for our owners and guests.
- Clean, restock, organize and refresh guest condominium units;
- Respond to guest queries and requests;
- Report damage or safety hazards to supervisor;
- Ensure confidentiality and security of lodging units;
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests and coworkers;
- Organize and restock cart at end of shift.
- Good physical health, including the ability to extend arms over head and bend to perform cleaning tasks;
- Ability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. and lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays;
- Punctuality and reliable attendance are required.
Many positions require availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
