Front Desk Support
Provide customer service support at the front desk to owners and guests of Wapato Point Resort. Answer phones, conduct check-in and check-out procedures, prepare nightly audit, room reports and respond to guest needs in a prompt, courteous manner. Wapato Point Resort is located in Manson, WA and is managed by Wapato Point Management Company (WPMC).
Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is desired for this front desk position; reception and/or reservation experience is desirable. The ability to communicate effectively in sometimes adverse situations, ability to operate basic office equipment, perform basic math skills and work as part of a team are essential to this position. Seasonal Maintenance Technician
Wapato Point Management Co., in Manson, Washington, is currently seeking Seasonal Maintenance Technicians at Wapato Point Resort. Maintenance Technicians support all maintenance and repair efforts, as assigned, throughout lodging units, pools & recreation areas, administrative buildings, parking areas and grounds. Work is in a variety of skill areas, which may include electrical, carpentry, building, plumbing, simple repairs, painting, moving items, etc. Candidates must demonstrate some skill level in all areas or a basic understanding of work functions and the desire and ability to learn. The ability to support and work closely with other departments and communicate in a positive and respectful manner with co-workers and guests, is essential to this position.
The Seasonal Maintenance Technician positions will start approximately May 1 and go through mid-September.

Wapato Point Management Co. is currently seeking Seasonal Groundskeeper(s). These positions support grounds and landscaping maintenance throughout Wapato Point Resort. Work is primarily outdoors: mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning, garbage collection, split/stack firewood, sweeping, sanding and other repairs and maintenance as required. Candidates must demonstrate some skill level in all areas or a basic understanding of work functions and the desire and ability to learn.
Groundskeepers support and work closely with other departments.
Attendance, timeliness and the ability to communicate in a positive and respectful manner with co-workers and guests is essential to this position. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits.
