Front Desk Associate
Provide customer service support at the front desk to owners and guests of Wapato Point Resort. Answer phones, conduct check-in and check-out procedures, prepare nightly audit, room reports and respond to guest needs in a prompt, courteous manner. Wapato Point Resort is located in Manson, WA and is managed by Wapato Point Management Company (WPMC). A high school diploma or equivalent is desired for this position; reception and/or reservation experience is desirable. The ability to communicate effectively in sometimes adverse situations, ability to operate basic office equipment, perform basic math skills and work as part of a team are essential to this position.
