listed on the private rentals page.

This form is for your self-managed rental property on Wapato Point.  It is to be completed by full share and timeshare property owners on the Wapato Point Resort.  Only properties on the Resort will be listed.  You will be listed in the “Private Rentals” section of this site.

Use this form only if:

  • The rental period of the property is NOT managed by Wapato Point Management Company
  • The property has NOT been deposited into the Resort rental pool
  • Your property IS listed on another third-party site such as VRBO, VACASA, Airbnb, etc., or you rent it yourself in some way.
  • Additional fees will apply to all listings.  Owners are responsible for paying all applicable tax and service charges to WPMC.

We will initially try to utilize the photos available on your current listing with the platform you are using (like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). If we encounter any difficulties, we will reach out to you for assistance if necessary.

If you do not use a third party booking site such as airbnb, etc., your email address can be used as the property point of contact. The address will not be visible on the site – it will just show as “Email Owner” and will be obfuscated to help keep spam bots from scraping your email. Of course the person clicking the link and emailing you will see your email.
