**Please note Wapato Point Resort is a legacy resort and does NOT operate like a hotel. What does that mean to you?  In short, a legacy resort offers many of the same experiences you would have in the comfort of your own home vs a hotel, short time lodging with in room coffee and sundries, room service or daily housekeeping. We have rooms throughout the resort for certain family sizes and needs so we unfortunately don’t have the flexibility like hotels for on the spot room changes due to those prior specific reservations.

Since we are not a hotel there are few things you should bring along to keep with your daily routine. Regular toiletry items are available for purchase at our front reception desk. Please check out our list of amenities here.

  • All Condominiums are privately owned
  • All Condominiums have fully equipped kitchens
  • Weekly housekeeping service is provided
  • Units are cleaned prior to arrival
  • Daily maid service is not available. Change to daily maid service is available for an additional fee
  • Advance deposit, equal to 50%, required on all reservations for accommodations
  • Guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a 100% refund for all nights, minus a $100 processing fee.
  • Guests cancelling less than 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a $100 processing fee.
