Get to Know Dough Cooking Class
with Lunch and Wine Tasting

Let the flour fly in this bread and pizza dough cooking class with our “Siren in the Kitchen,” Holly Brown, at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery. In this hands-on class you’ll learn the techniques for making and shaping classic French Baguettes and Italian Pizza dough balls from scratch. Participants will learn the fine points of “chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside” baguettes. You’ll also prepare pizza dough and make your own pizza sauce. In addition to bread-making skills you’ll learn how to turn baguettes into crostini-based appetizers and you’ll make your own pizza for lunch. Lunch includes a glass of Siren Song Piazza, the perfect Italian blend of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Cooking Class Includes:
• Multi-course, hands on menu preparation followed by lunch and wine tasting
• Classes take place in our gourmet commercial kitchen at the Siren Song Vineyard Estate and Winery
• You’ll learn menu planning, bread making techniques, the art of “mis en place,” knife skills, and plating tips taught by our Siren in the Kitchen, Holly Brown
• You’ll also receive a Siren in the Kitchen apron to take home
